The quality of this item was much better than I expected. I did not want a cheap made product, but also did not want to spend $1000! I got the best bang for the buck I could! Happy customer, but lets see what happens in one or two years of playing.

Very unhappy as it shipped 6 days after ordering. I did get within two days of shipping, and the saipping was free. I emailed asking why it took 6 days to ship and was ignored.

Now that it's up and in action, I love it. Some assembly required doesn't exactly cover it. I would say that, although the instructions were excellent, the leverage required to assemble the backboard to the base took a village--well, actually 3 people in their 40's and 2 people in their 60's. Super prompt delivery. Ball even came with the pump attachment so we could blow it up at home with the bike tire pump. This isn't going anywhere and that's fine because it looks great, works great.

The product comes with clear instructions for assembly. The process of putting it together took less than 30 minutes and it looks great. With the water in the base, the set is very stable and the hoop and backboard are quite sturdy.

The product arrived 3 days after I ordered it - much earlier than promised. It was in good condition. There were no issues requiring assistance from customer service.

Bought this for my teenagers to use in the pool. It appears sturdy and they like that the height can be adjusted easily. Haven't used it since the pool hasn't opened yet this season.
