It seems to be well made, but it is hard to get comfortable because when fully inflated I tend to roll off either side. I had to let out a lot of air in order to sink in so that I wouldn't roll off. This seems to work. I wish it had been a little larger but overall it is a good product and serves its purpose.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
